Passengers:

Please ensure that the correct number of passengers is provided at the time of booking, as we rely on this information to prepare for your journey. We are unable to independently verify the number of passengers.

If the actual number of passengers exceeds what was initially stated, it is crucial that you inform us immediately. This will allow us to arrange an appropriately sized vehicle to accommodate your group.

All passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion. Exceptions include pregnant women, passengers with a medical condition that prevents the use of seat belts (upon presentation of a valid medical certificate), or passengers shorter than 1.5 meters (59 inches). Greek law mandates a fine for any passenger who does not comply with this regulation.

It’s essential to note that the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service, without a refund, if there is a discrepancy between the information provided during booking and the actual situation.

Child or baby seats:

In accordance with Greek law, every individual, whether a child or an adult, is considered a passenger.

Children under the age of 4 must occupy baby seats, while those between 4 and 12 years old [and shorter than 1.5 meters (59 inches)] are required to use child seats (boosters).

During the booking procedure, it is your responsibility to accurately indicate the number of infant, baby, or child seats required. This information allows us to ensure the provision of the appropriate seating.

In the event that you overlooked specifying the need for child and/or baby seats during the booking procedure, the chauffeur will notify our support call center. The company will then dispatch an additional vehicle for your journey, incurring an additional charge.

Luggage / Animals:

  • Kindly be aware that it is your responsibility to communicate the precise number of pieces of baggage, as we do not possess the capability to cross-verify this information.
  • Please note that any excess luggage, bulky items such as wheelchairs or bikes, weapons, golf equipment, ski/snowboard equipment, sailing equipment or animals that you plan to bring must be specified during the booking process.
  • Please be aware that, in accordance with Greek laws and European Directives, luggage (including hand luggage or rucksacks / backpacks) is not allowed inside the cabin. This is to prevent potential hazards in the event of an accident, sudden braking, or unexpected jolts caused by potholes or poor road conditions. Hand luggage, laptop or camera bags, backpacks, etc., that you prefer to keep with you rather than placing them in the luggage compartment, should be stored on the floor of the vehicle and under the passengers’ feet. Safety first, no exceptions.
  • Additionally, providing accurate details about your luggage is crucial for us to arrange the appropriate vehicle for your journey.

Please note that the chauffeur reserves the right to decline the completion of your journey, without any refund of payment, in the event of a discrepancy between the information provided by you and the actual situation. This also applies to animals that are not kept in a secure and appropriate transport carrier. Exceptions are dogs – companions for blind passengers. Alternatively, the chauffeur may opt to arrange for another vehicle to accommodate your luggage, incurring an additional charge.

Suitcase categorization is based on the following dimensions in cm [and in] (length x width x depth) :

Please be aware that night surcharges are applicable from 10:56 PM (22:56) to 05:54 AM.
In instances where the landing time is initially scheduled for 10:45 PM (22:45), and there are delays, such as a delayed flight landing at 11:20 PM (23:20) or extended time needed for luggage claim resulting in a departure time of 11:30 PM (23:30), night surcharges (approximately 20% extra) will be applied.

No-shows:

Refund Policy:
  1. If a cruise ship cannot dock as scheduled due to a Greek worker dispute, a full refund will be issued, and no additional charges will be applied.
  2. Similarly, if an airplane cannot land as planned due to a Greek worker dispute, all monies paid will be refunded, and no further charges will be incurred.

  4. Likewise, if an airplane cannot land as scheduled due to inclement weather conditions, 50% of the agreed amount will be charged.
Airport Transfers:

If a client fails to appear, the full agreed amount will be charged.
The chauffeur will wait for 45 minutes (complimentary waiting time) after the programmed landing of the flight.
After this period, the chauffeur will make an announcement and leave.
To prevent a “no-show” situation, it is recommended to schedule the departure time with a margin considering factors such as baggage waiting time, travel class, and additional requirements. The necessary time varies based on several factors that you are typically familiar with. These factors include whether you are traveling with only hand luggage, eliminating the need for baggage waiting time, your travel class (e.g., business class), priority status, the inclusion of an airport “meet & greet” service, and whether you are traveling within or outside the Schengen area. Additional time is usually required for passport control in non-Schengen arrivals. For passengers traveling economy class, a time range of 30-40 minutes from the time of landing is recommended for intra-Schengen arrivals, and 40-50 minutes for non-Schengen arrivals.
You have the option to request additional waiting time at an extra charge, subject to availability.

Local Transfers:

In the event of a client not showing up, the full agreed amount will be charged.
The chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes (complimentary waiting time) after the programmed departure time.
After this period, the chauffeur will leave.
Extra waiting time may be requested at an additional charge if available.

Port Transfers:

If a client does not show up, the full agreed amount will be charged.
The chauffeur will wait for 30 minutes (complimentary waiting time) after the programmed docking of the ship.
After this period, the chauffeur will leave.
To avoid a “no-show” situation, please inform our company’s support center of any departure time delays from the departure port.
You have the option to request additional waiting time at an extra charge, subject to availability.

Train or Bus Station Transfers:

In case of a client not showing up, the full agreed amount will be charged.
The chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes (complimentary waiting time) after the programmed arrival time of the train or bus.
After this period, the chauffeur will leave.
Extra waiting time may be requested at an additional charge if available.
